Caid’s Crown Tourney is today in my home Shire. It’ll be a brisk mid-50s for a high, which is good for the fighters. Last time we held Crown it seemed like a tornado was blowing through, so I hope the winds are calmer today. Otherwise the site is lovely with green grass and trees.

I remember the time my former husband made it to Crown finals against then-Count Deitrich. I thought I would faint but it was all very exciting. I wish the fighters and their consorts all honor and grace today.
